By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Website.

1. Interpretation

1.2 “You”, “Your” means the user, visitor, or customer of the Website.
1.3 “Services” means aircraft cleaning, detailing, and maintenance services offered by Aeroshine Aviation Detailing Ltd

3. Services, Quotations and Payment

3.1 We provide aircraft cleaning, detailing and related services by quotation or booking request.
3.2 Prices are subject to aircraft size, condition, and service scope. A written quotation will be provided before work commences.
3.3 Payment terms are stated in the quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due within 30 days of completion.
3.4 All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
3.5 any payment which is made late (after 30 days) you will be liable to a late payment fee of £40 every 30 days thereafter until the payment is settled.

4. Scheduling and Access

4.1 You agree to provide suitable access to the aircraft for the agreed service to be carried out safely.
4.2 We will use reasonable skill and care in performing the services, but final results depend on aircraft condition and external factors.
4.3 We will not be liable for delays due to weather, airport access restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 You may cancel your booking by notifying us in writing (email accepted).
5.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
5.3 If we must cancel a booking (e.g., due to safety or weather), we will offer to reschedule or refund any prepayment made.
5.4 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days where applicable.

6. Liability

6.1 We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. Except as required by law, we make no warranties beyond those expressly stated.
6.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.
6.3 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or damage to reputation.
6.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All website content, branding, text, and imagery are the intellectual property of Aeroshine Aviation Detailing Ltd or its licensors.
